Why Homeowners Choose Us

Concrete jobs go sideways when nobody owns the details. We set up every project so one person owns them for you.

The same person, start to finish
The person who measures your yard and prices the job is the one who answers your calls during forming, shows up on pour day and checks the cleanup. You never repeat your plans to a new face or wonder who made a decision. If a question comes up at 7 a.m. while the truck is backing in, you know exactly who to ask.
Held to the state's contractor rules
We are licensed by the California State License Board (CSLB). That matters on any job that needs a permit, and it means the state board oversees the kind of work we do at your home.
Years of pours behind every job
We have been in business 15+ years. That experience shows in the small calls: where control joints belong, how deep the base needs to be, and when to start a pour so the finishers are not racing a hot afternoon.
Coverage after the pour
Every job comes with a 1-year warranty. Your project lead explains what it covers before work starts, so there is no guessing later.
Written estimates with each line spelled out
Your estimate lists tear-out, base prep, reinforcement, finish and any permit work as separate lines. You can see where the money goes and decide on upgrades like color or stamping with real numbers in front of you.

Concrete for Every Part of Your Home's Outdoor Space

Most of our work is new concrete: tearing out a tired driveway and pouring a new one, laying a patio where there was only dirt, or finishing a pool deck that stays comfortable underfoot. We also handle stamped concrete, garage floors, side yards, courtyards, steps and stairs, RV parking pads, slabs, and walkways and sidewalks. Many projects combine two or three of these, and planning them together usually means one excavation, one set of forms and one cleanup instead of several.

    Driveways

We tear out worn driveways and pour new ones on a properly compacted base, with drainage, reinforcement and a finish chosen for how you use it.

  • Worker in jeans and rubber boots smoothing a new jointed concrete patio with a long-handled float behind a stucco house, with lawn in front and gravel along the side

    Patios

New concrete patios sized for how you use your yard, sloped away from the house and finished in broom, exposed aggregate or a stamped pattern.

  • Stamped Concrete

Patterned, colored concrete for patios, walkways and driveways, poured, stamped and sealed by a crew coordinated through one person.

  • Concrete Pool Decks

New concrete pool decks with textured, cooler-underfoot finishes, correct slope away from the water, and one contact from first visit to final cleanup.

  • Concrete Backyards

Full backyard concrete planned as one layout, with slopes, joints and finishes settled before the pour and one person coordinating every step.

  • Concrete Slabs

Level, reinforced slabs for sheds, spas, workshops and equipment pads, sized to the load and planned with one contact who sees the job through.

  • Concrete Steps and Stairs

Front, back and garden steps formed and poured with even risers, reinforced footings and a non-slip finish.

  • Concrete Side Yards

Turn a muddy, weedy strip beside your home into a clean concrete path that sheds water away from the walls and makes the trip to the trash bins easy.

  • RV Parking Pads

A thick, reinforced slab sized to your motorhome or trailer, with a level surface for your jacks and a slope that carries water away from your home.

  • Garage Floors

We remove a tired garage slab and pour a new, properly sloped floor on a compacted base, with one person keeping you informed the whole way.

  • Concrete Courtyards

New concrete for enclosed courtyards, with drains, slope and wall clearances planned so water moves away from your home and the finish fits the space.

  • Walkways and Sidewalks

New concrete walkways and sidewalks that drain away from your home, sit flat underfoot and connect your door, yard and driveway the way you actually walk.

How a Job Runs From First Call to Cleanup

Most residential projects take a few days of work plus curing time. Here is what to expect.

  1. 1

    First conversation and site visit

Over the phone, you describe the project and we pick a day to come out. On site, we measure, check how a truck can reach the area, look at drainage and ask how you plan to use the space.

  2. 2

    Written estimate and schedule

You get a line-item estimate and a proposed schedule. If a permit is needed, we pull it and tell you when the inspection happens.

  3. 3

    Demo, grading and forms

We remove old concrete, grade the soil, compact the base and set forms and reinforcement. Before anything is poured, we walk the layout with you so slopes and edges are what you expect.

  4. 4

    Pour and finish

We schedule pours for the cooler part of the day when we can, then finish, cut control joints and apply any stamping or color. Sprinkler lines and nearby plantings are protected during the work.

  5. 5

    Cleanup and walkthrough

We haul debris, wash down the work area and pull forms once the concrete has set. The same person who priced the job walks the finished work with you and explains how long to wait before foot traffic and before driving on it.

A Local Concrete Company Built Around One Contact

We are a concrete company based in Orange, pouring driveways, patios and the rest of the flatwork around homes in this part of Orange County. Many of the houses here are ranch and mid-century homes with original driveways and patios that have shifted over the decades, and plenty of newer homes came with bare backyards waiting for a slab.

We set the company up so homeowners deal with one person, not a chain of salespeople, schedulers and crew leads. That person knows your project, your property and your concerns. It keeps surprises down, and it makes the day the concrete truck arrives far less stressful for you.

Questions Homeowners Ask Us

How much will my concrete project cost?

It depends on size, thickness, tear-out, access, soil prep and the finish you choose. We do not quote prices sight unseen, because a number given before anyone sees the yard is only a guess. Once we have measured, we hand you a written breakdown that separates demolition, base work, reinforcement and finish, so you can see what each piece costs.

How soon can I walk or drive on new concrete?

Foot traffic is usually fine after a day or two. For driveways and RV pads, we generally recommend waiting longer before driving on them, and heavier vehicles should wait longer still. We give you timing for your specific pour, since weather and the mix both affect it.

Will my new concrete crack?

All concrete shrinks as it cures, and clay soil moves with the seasons. We cut down on random cracking with a compacted base, reinforcement and control joints placed so the slab cracks in a straight, tidy line where we planned it. Drainage that carries water away from the slab helps too.

Do you handle permits?

Yes. When a project needs a permit, such as some driveway approaches or larger slabs, we pull it and coordinate the inspection. We tell you up front whether your job needs one and how it changes the schedule.

How long does a typical project take?

A walkway or small patio is often formed and poured within a few days. A full driveway tear-out or a backyard with several areas takes longer, mostly because of demolition and base prep. Your schedule comes in writing alongside the estimate, and if weather pushes a pour, the same person calls you to set a new date.

Do I have to stay home while you work?

No. We would like a few minutes with you on day one to confirm the layout, and some time at the end for the final walkthrough. In between, we keep you posted by phone, and the same person answers when you have a question.

What happens to my lawn, sprinklers and plants?

During the site visit we note sprinkler lines and plantings near the work area, then protect them through demolition and the pour. If a sprinkler line has to move for the new layout, that shows up as its own item in your estimate so it never comes as a surprise.

What Shapes the Price of Your Concrete Project

Every yard is different, so we price each job after seeing it. A few things move the number more than anything else. Knowing them ahead of time helps you plan and keeps the estimate from feeling like a mystery.

Your project lead visits, measures and talks through your goals, then gives you a written line-item estimate. If something changes once we dig in, we explain it and price it before doing the work.

Square footage and thickness
A walkway is usually poured thinner than a driveway, and an RV pad needs more depth and reinforcement than either. More area and more depth mean more concrete and more labor.
Tear-out and haul-away
Removing an old slab takes equipment, labor and disposal. Thick or heavily reinforced concrete takes longer to break up and costs more to haul.
Access to the work area
A front driveway the truck can reach is simpler than a backyard behind the house. Narrow side yards sometimes mean pumping concrete or moving it by wheelbarrow, which adds time.
Soil and base preparation
Much of the area has expansive clay that swells when wet and shrinks when dry. Proper grading and a compacted gravel base help your new slab handle that movement, and some sites need more prep than others.
Finish and decorative choices
Plain broom texture takes the least time and material. Adding a stamp pattern, color mixed into the concrete, an exposed aggregate surface or a sealer each brings extra product and more hands during finishing.
Permits and drainage
Work like a new driveway approach can require a city permit and inspection. Drains, slopes away from your home and channel drains along a patio also add to the scope.
